I’ve ordered from Hachi like 3 times already? and all times it has been amazing! everything is very organized and Hachi is very fast with replies and shipping and things! Hachi is definitely my go-to person for rubber straps, i’ll probably be joining most future group orders from now on :””D.

I’ve ordered multiple times with Hachi and it’s been a breeze every time. She’s so accommodating and very responsive to messages and requests. We had one hiccup during a shipment (weirdly enough, shipping from HK to the Philippines is so much more complex than shipping from the UK to the Philippines) but she was messaging me regularly with updates so I was totally at ease the entire time.
