But it’s not just about being cheaper and faster. The communication is better than anywhere else as well. I placed my first order via tumblr messenger, and even though I was nervous because we’d never once talked to each other before, Hachi was very kind and helpful from the start.

Even when I bumbled through the conversation, got indecisive about my picks and considered making changes, she was patient throughout and, upon asking, kindly offered more info about the merch I’d laid my eyes on.

Nowadays she knows all about my favorite character and sometimes even keeps me up to date on new cute merch of him lol
