Great! Ive been ordering from hachisales since 2016 i believe and ive loved literally every purchase so far!!

One of the more recent group orders was my first experience in a group order, so I was super nervous about the entire process. However, Hachi clearly outlined the ordering process and had all of the merch options organized nearly for each fandom. They were also quick to reply and follow up and pleasant to speak with. Additionally, I liked that we got step-by-step updates of where things were in the ordering process (whether they were being shipped overseas, being packaged, etc.).

As for the package itself, it arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged.

I absolutely loved my first experience (and the new website to keep everything in one place). 🙂 I look forward to participating in more group orders in the future!

So far I’ve participated in 2 group orders and both were great from start to end. 🙂 Hachi is an amazing organizer/seller, every instruction is easy to understand and follow, she keeps everyone updated and of course, all the goodies are great quality (and value). I can’t wait for the next group order! *.*

I ordered some Touken Ranbu merch in January and was very happy. The shipping was fast and the items arrived just as expected. The pricing and shipping price is also very reasonable. Definitely looking forward to ordering again!

This was by far the least stressful I’ve felt about joining a group order and I would 100% do it again! Hachi is so patient and kind, and I would very much order again in the future!
