The experience went very well, the seller was very kind and patient and took the time to explain the progress of the order and everything was packaged neatly and even with delays, came very promptly after the shipping notice email arrived. 10/10, would recommend wholeheartedly to people like me in the United States who want to collect certain merchandise of individual characters without breaking the bank.

Not only was HachiSales the only place I could find my sister’s favourite characters in stock. Hachi was super friendly and pleasant to deal with when I had questions, and even when my Paypal threw a fit.

The items were as described, securely packed, and quickly delivered. Will 100% be keeping my eyes out for the next group order!

Everything was super easy to order, and even stuff that became last minute (e.g. last minute sudden surprise BSD x Sanrio Chuuya pouches) were super easy to order thanks to Hachi’s assistance and quick-responses.
