I have purchased about 20 items spread over two group orders and one merch sale/buy now, and my experience has been great each time. Hachi is super kind and helpful and I’ve never had any issues with communication. With group orders, Hachi updates us about the order status frequently through the website and also on social media. Orders are sent out pretty quickly after Hachi receives them. I’m in the US and all of my orders have arrived safely in a timely manner. I 100% vouch for and recommend Hachi’s service for rubber charm collectors due to the many available charms, fair prices, and reliability.

First group order, following a couple of regular merch sales. Hachi is consistently a joy to work with, frequent updates, super friendly, everything as advertised, and arriving super quickly and securely. Even though my sister and I are running out of display space, we’re definitely still going to be keeping our eyes out for future stock!
