Here Comes 2021… 👀

Don’t know about you, but my area of England has been in lockdown since late autumn. Therefore, when the clock chimed midnight on 31st December 2020, there was no party and no magic. Just another night stuck at home aye~ 🤷🏼‍♀️

After a year of unrelenting horror, isolation, and anxieties etc, 2021 has arrived. The battle against covid is not ending any time soon though, so I don’t believe this year will be that different to 2020 (oof plus we have brexit thrown in the mix 😭).

All we can do is, once again, stay safe, survive, and try to remain hopeful. Protect yourself to one day reach the other side of this dreadful pandemic!  🤞🏼😩🤞🏼

November Group Order Completed

Anyway, let’s get back on topic!

In the first week of 2021, the most urgent task was… mailing the 2020.11 Group Order packages!!!

Remember how I ~planned on shipping these before Christmas? 😐🙄

Once upon a time, organising Group Orders was such a straight forward thing. Now?! Nothing goes according to plan!

• Nov 2020 – one supplier dispatched some goods late, pushing schedule from Nov to Dec 🤬
• Dec 2020 – EMS from Asia to UK took covid speed rather than normal speed 😩
• Pre-Christmas – new covid variant showed up in UK. Countries closed their borders. Post office temporarily stopped accepting international mail. 😱🤯💀
• New Year – brexit 🙃 Post office raised their prices for the THIRD TIME in 12 months

After ALL THAT, I was just relieved that the postal service is now back to normal and I was able to shipped all the packages on 5 & 6 January.

As of today (9 January), most UK people received theirs. Looking at the tracking numbers, some European ones have been delivered. The US ones have also landed and should be with your local postal service.

Tracked airmail does get priority handling, thus those of you who chose standard airmail probably need to wait a bit more, but at least it’s good to know the service is functioning!! 😊

So I can hereby declare the 2020.11 Group Order COMPLETED!!!

Plan for Spring 2021

Things are changing weekly if not daily nowadays, but if covid ~allows, I would like to hold the next Group Order in March 2021.

Another adorable Haikyuu nitotan set has already come into stock!!!! 🤩

Can’t wait to see what else becomes available in the next two months, but usually enough new things should have accumulated by March.

Shop Spring Clean Incoming!

Before I start adding new goods to the Shop, I REALLY ought to clear out the old stuff first. 😪

The Haikyuu anime revival in 2020 truly hyped up the series and thrusted it back into the spotlight. A lot of old HQ rubber strap sets which haven’t been touched in ages were RAIDED! Stock depleted! (Don’t ask for HQ Quest/Movie Oikawa, Kuroo or Bokuto again lol)

In consequence, I will clear those super low stocked, on-the-brink-of-extinction sets out of the Shop. No point maintaining the listing if the stock might not last a week eh? Low stock listings bring disappointment to shoppers! 💀

Talking of spring clean, I was going to remove Love Live/Sunshine in 2020 as few of you care for it and LLS fans like sending rude messages. 😪 Didn’t have time to do it in the end and left those sections in the Shop.
