Shop filters not working anymore thanks to bugs

If you visited the HachiSales shop in the last week or so, you would be greeted by this misleading sight in the sidebar…

Only 6 items for sale?

What kind of crap store is this????

Well, well, well… so much for working my ass off last month updating hundreds of shop listings to make this filter menu happen! Only for the latest WooCommerce update to break it!!

Everything in the back-end appears fine. The full 444 items still exist in the database, they just DON’T. SHOW. UP. in the filter menu.

Tried turning off different plugins to test what’s up. No effect.

Cleared cache & recounted product database. No effect.

Installed new update for theme yesterday. No effect.

This latest version of WooCommerce has caused people tons of grief (despite already releasing a patch), so at this point, they remain the biggest suspect for breaking the filter function.

Different Goods All Mixed Up!

It’s still possible to browse by series using the Product Catalogue product menu. The search bar or tags within product pages are good options if you’re looking for specific characters etc.

The biggest inconvenient right now is inability to filter between Group Order & Buy Now items…

Y’all KNOW how many new visitors get confused ordering Group Order Items off season. Without the filter, it’s a heck lot harder to help them distinguish the two types of goods. Sighs.

Although the filters are broken and ugly, I’m keeping them in the sidebar so I could periodically check in on it… until it gets fixed!!
