Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.
Your items will be packaged in a lightweight padded envelope. Printed or acrylic items will be given addition support for protection.

Estimating Parcel Weight

| Up to 100g | 8 standard size items These include normal size rubber straps, badges and small acrylic keychains. |
| Up to 250g | About 18 standard size items If you order a mix of rubber straps and acrylic stands, you will probably fall into this category. Cardboard support will be added to printed or big acrylic items. |
| Up to 500g | About 58 standard size items or About 9 medium acrylic stands (12cm tall) For large orders, items may be posted in a box for added protection. However, in general items will be posted in a padded envelope or mailing bag to minimise the weight. |

South America:
- From January 2019, I’m no longer shipping to South America by standard airmail. Shipping delay and other problems are too common.

Delivery Speed
Some countries have customs delay and may take significantly longer to deliver. Please be aware of the postal situation in your country when estimating delivery speed.
Standard Post:
- UK 1-2 days
- Europe 1-2 weeks
- US 1-2 weeks
- Rest of the world 1-3 weeks
These are average speed reported by our customers.
Tracked Post:
- 1-2 weeks
International tracked services generally do get priority handling. Do use this service if you want online tracking for peace of mind.
Lost or Damaged Items
- Standard airmail covers up to £20 loss or damage.
- Tracked airmail covers up to £50 loss or damage.
- If additional insurance for your order is required, it can be added to tracked airmail at extra cost. The thresholds are up to £50 / £100 / £250 / £500
I am not responsible for damages or loss in transit. However:
- If you fail to receive your package 1 month after the post date, please let me know and I’ll contact Royal Mail on your behalf.
- If the item(s) is damaged upon arrival, please KEEP the packaging (envelope and wrappings). Take photos of the packaging and damaged item(s), and I’ll contact Royal Mail on your behalf.
- The amount of compensation you could receive will be limited by the type of postage you use. (e.g. if your order costs £40, using standard airmail, you can’t receive £40 compensation because the limit is only £20)
It will be up to Royal Mail to decide if any compensation is granted.
