Customer Reviews

It was great! The owner was really nice and easy to contact, the merch came in great condition, and I would definitely order again and recommend!

Hachi is nice and friendly, and was very helpful on explaining the ordering process. Ordering from here is very simple and is definitely a convenient way to order certain characters that you want ! I am more than certain of ordering from here again, as the items I have gotten were stunning !

My first buy through Hachi was absolutely fabulous!! Every step of the way they were super sweet and accommodating, even with me DMing them over Twitter from the US. 😅 Overall, they went above and beyond as a seller for what was a small order to begin with, and I can’t recommend them enough!! Thanks for helping me get the charm I’ve been searching for for so long! 🎉

Absolutely fab! Great selection of merch that is hard to find and shipment so quick 🙂 Many thanks!

It’s been a while since I’ve last left a review, but I thought it was about time again, since I’ve participated in every single group order since the September 2017 one. That I come back to Hachi for all those group orders says enough imo, but I also want to emphasize just how much of a pleasant experience it is to order from them. You get timely messages and frequent updates, so you’re informed about every step of the process. The catalogue has a decent amount of series to choose from and even then, Hachi was kind enough to check stock of other series that I expressed interest in. Every order has arrived safely and the products are all in excellent condition.

My wallet is DEFINITELY suffering, but I would always happily come back.
