About this Group Order

Normal EMS service between Hong Kong and UK has resumed since June. Hurray! No need to use that other annoying courier service anymore!! 🤡🙏 Hopefully this means our delivery timeframe will be quicker & more precise.

Provisional Timeline
  • 29 September – Group Order opens.
  • 13 September – Group Order closes. Please submit your order and pay before this date.
  • w/c 13 September – Finish ordering goods on your behalf.
  • ~w/c 20 September – Goods reaching my friend in HK.
  • Early October – Goods arriving in the UK.
  • By mid October – Dispatching goods to you from UK.
Shop Update

I have been adding new goods & doing stock checks in August. Most sections in the Shop are up-to-date. For the less frequently ordered series like Fate, Idolish7, Touken Ranbu, I’ll check when you do order! 😂

If extra new items come into stock during the Group Order, I’ll add them to the Shop & alert you guys here / on social media @hachisales.

If you want to put in a second order later, that’s fine. I’ll manually combine the orders for you and ship them together. 😌👌

Order Email Going into Spam

Occasionally, order notification emails from HachiSales would go into the gmail spam folder. 😩 My web host tried fixing it but it still happens.

If you placed an order but received no auto confirmation email hours later, please check your spam folder. 😖

Problem is now fixed!

  • When you receive your package, please message me to let me know it has arrived safely!

  • Perhaps your friends or others in your fandom are also searching for similar items. That way, we can have enough people to run another Group Order next time when new goods come out! 🤗 Coz honestly, the only advertising we have is your recommendation. 😂
2021.11.01 – Tracking Numbers Emailed!
  • I have now emailed tracking numbers to everyone who chose tracked shipping. 😚 If you didn’t receive anything, please let me know.
  • Now we shall wait and see who gets their package first! 🤡
  • Obviously it will be the UK people first (hopefully arriving tomorrow). Then it’d usually be those in the US, a mix of standard and tracked packages arriving at the same time. Europe can be slower than US these days. Last will often be Canada. Don’t know why… 😪
2021.11.01 – Packages Shipped!
  • Happy November! I have shipped all your packages today! Email notification should have gone out to everyone. 🙂
  • If you chose tracked shipping, I’ll be emailing you the tracking number later tonight.
  • International service is currently operating as normal, although if your local service is disrupted by covid, there could be delay. However, the delivery aim should be 2 weeks.

  • Finished adding all leftover goods to the Shop now, under September Leftovers.
  • Shipping of your packages will have to delay till Monday. 😔 I’ve been too sick to work to the planned schedule.

  • I caught a cold on Tuesday afternoon and have been really sick since. 🤒 Progress has been disrupted as a result ugh.
  • I have now added 90% of the leftover Kimetsu no Yaiba goods to the Shop, under September Leftovers. Forgot to photograph the kokomie acrylic charms, so will post them tomorrow.
  • Aiming to list leftover goods from other series tomorrow.
2021.10.26
  • I’ve finished packing everyone’s orders. 🙂 Still need to weight them all and fill in customs forms, but I hope to ship packages out by the end of this week. (Although the plan is hampered by me catching a cold today ughh)
  • Tomorrow I will organise the leftover goods and upload them to the Shop under a temporary section “September Leftovers”.
  • It will mostly be Kimetsu no Yaiba items (simply because they had more stock last minute!), some Haikyuu items, some BNHA, some Jujutsu Kaisen etc.
  • If you wish to add anything from the Buy Now Section to your existing order, please submit another order, putting “additional items” in the comment box.
  • I will invoice you for the additional items and combine them into your package. 👌

2021.10.25
  • I have almost finished packing your packages, and will aim to mail them by the end of this week.
  • I’ll be contacting a few of you to settle final invoices etc.
  • Tomorrow, I’ll organise the leftover items and let you guys see them asap. If you are interested in adding additional items to your existing order, that can be arranged.
  • Been busy with irl things recently so I haven’t posted here or on twitter/tumblr. 🥵 I did upload a dozen pics of the new goods on Instagram @hachisales though! You can see them under the 2021.09 GO Highlights.

  • There was a typhoon in Hong Kong over the weekend, and another will hit this week. Perhaps the poor weather is causing flight disruptions.

  • The EMS tracking on the UK & Asia sides are reporting different status at the moment, as usual. 🤷‍♀️ Now we just gotta wait until the package arrives at London Heathrow!

  • My friend will prep for shipping to UK by EMS! They will do it by the end of this week.

  • 99% of the goods have now arrived at my friend’s! Took a bit longer than expected!
  • The only thing left to pickup are the replacement items sent at the very end. They should be here by the end of this week. Once those get here, goods can be packed and shipped to ME!
  • One VERY annoying thing though: out of the goods that just arrived, there are 3 incorrect items. 🤮 (WHY OH WHY OH WHYYYY) Too late to arrange replacements now, so I will be in touch with the 2 affected participants to arrange a solution. 😔
  • If it weren’t for these shenanigans, running a Group Order would be so easy, but oh hell….

  • That “missing” package has been sorted! I reckon they forgot to dispatch it, despite assigning a tracking number to it. 👀 It is now properly dispatched, and will be delivered soon.
  • One final package should be dispatched tomorrow. Contains a few more replacements for incorrect items they sent last week. Yes, this happens often. Ordering goods is the easy part. Upon receiving the goods, to notice they sent incorrect items/amount and then chasing for replacements is what takes up time in the Group Order schedule. 😪
  • We are nearing the finish line though! 🥵🙏

  • My friend picked up another batch of goods today. This time covering items I ordered before the 16 September. 🙂
  • I can see from the tracking that the remaining goods are on the way, and my friend should have them next week.
  • One package containing replacement & extra items is at snail pace though. Need to check what’s up with that. 🙄

  • The last of the goods were dispatched yesterday, so they should all be delivered by end of this week.
  • When my friend has everything, they will send me some pics of the goods. If things look to be an order, then they can be prepared for shipping to the UK. 😉

  • Everything I ordered before the Group Order closed have been delivered to my friend’s. All looking good! 🙂 But inevitably, there are a few incorrect/missing items. I’ve contacted them to ship replacements next week.
  • As for the goods ordered after the Group Order closed, most have dispatched and will be delivered early next week. The rest will follow after.
  • We are still on schedule to ship the goods to the UK at the end of September.

  • Oof, 2 more items were unavailable today, this time BSD acrylic stands. The last units the supplier has are damaged, and there’s no more stock. I have contacted the affected individuals.
  • On a brighter note, I was notified some new BNHA stuff will come into stock later this week. 👀 Humm.

  • Ordered a batch of goods today and encountered the first out of stock item!! 😨 Some characters from the Twisted Wonderland Ensky acrylic set have sold out! I have contacted the affected individuals. 😞
  • Will continue ordering goods tomorrow.

  • The Group Order is now CLOSED! Everyone paid & confirmed way before the deadline! Hurray for your prompt replies and payment! 😚
  • As I don’t need to chase anything this time, I can move on swiftly and order goods tomorrow. 😉

  • There are some new goods – Kimetsu no Yaiba & Love Live Sunshine Gashapon sets. Not sure if it’s worth adding them now that the Group Order is coming to an end. 🤔

  • If you haven’t received an invoice from me yet, don’t worry. It’s either because (1) we agreed to issue it later for various reasons (2) there could be new goods you’re interested in, so I want to show you first.

  • If you recently had trouble logging into the website or receiving a password recovery email, that has now been fixed! Apologies for the inconvenience, especially right when a new Group Order is open. 😖💦
  • However, please be aware that the auto order confirmation email can still go into your spam folder. 😩📧 Please check in there if you got no email after ordering.
  • I have sent some invoices tonight, mostly to people who ordered before the G.O. opened. Will send more invoices later this week.

  • This appears to be the season of Jujutsu Kaisen & Kimetsu no Yaiba. Everything else is kinda sidelined (by the suppliers, not me!). 😨
