Provisional Timeline
  • 2 April – Group Order opens.
  • 12 April – Group Order closes. Please submit your order before this date.
  • w/c 12 April – I’ll finish securing the goods.
  • ~w/c 19 April – Goods delivered to my friend in Asia.
  • ~By early May – Goods delivered to me. Delayed to early June
  • ~By mid May – Shipping the goods to you from UK. Delayed to early June

As with everything during this covid era, potential delay is possible due to unforeseeable events. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Nevertheless, I have stopped using a supplier who shipped things out seriously late in the last two Group Orders. Without their hinderance, hopefully everything else can progress efficiently!

  • In addition to the UK deliveries, we have had 1 US and 1 European delivery so far. 🤡 Fingers-crossed speed is good for you all!

  • All remaining packages posted today! 99.9% going to the US! Had to do 2 runs to the post office today because there were so many packages! 🥵
  • Shipping confirmation emails have now gone out to everyone. 😊 I’ll send out tracking numbers via a second email tomorrow. (It has been a very long day prepping packages… 😴)

  • UK / Europe / Australia / some US packages were posted today! If your package was posted, a shipping confirmation email was issued to you.
  • If you chose tracking, a second email with the tracking number was issued to you.
  • Picked up more custom labels from the post office, so I’ll venture out to mail packages again tomorrow!

  • Some of you got in touch last night/today to add things to your order. I assume those who didn’t say anything are fine, so I shall begin sealing your packages!! (Don’t make me rip open your package again after I’ve sealed them… 🥴)
  • Plan for tomorrow (Thursday) – ship all UK packages, all European packages, all Australian packages, some US tracked packages. 🙂📮 Can’t ship more yet, because I need to get more customs labels from the post office! UK now requires different customs label for standard & tracked packages, which is annoying. 🙄
  • Yesterday I emailed the 2 people with a missing item in their order. One now resolved, but waiting to hear from the other. 👀💦

  • Leftover goods from the April Group Order have been added to the Shop! 😄 You can find them in the temporary section “April Group Order Leftovers“.
  • (FYI some items which were already in Buy Now (eg. Todoroki / Bakugou cultural festival nitotan), I updated their old listing with more stock rather than posting a new listing.)

If you would like to add something to your existing order:

  1. You’re welcome to choose anything in the Buy Now section, not just the newly added April leftovers.
  2. Please submit an order with the additional items you want by Thursday 10 June 2021 & put in the comment box “combine with Group Order”.
  3. I’ll invoice you for the additional goods (& change in shipping cost, if applicable).
  4. Your orders will be combined into one, and ship together as one package.

If you DO NOT want to add anything to your existing order:

  • Sit back & relax~ If I don’t hear from you by Thursday 10 June 2021, I’ll assume you’re happy with your order as it is, and will prepare it for shipping.
  • Or you can tell me, and I can prepare your package for shipping earlier.
  • The rest I will aim to ship on Friday, but if invoicing etc drag into the weekend, then it will be Monday aye~

  • Over the last few days, I have packed all your orders (a long game of anime version Where’s Waldo 😴), with the intention to ship them out this week.
  • btw I posted some goods preview on Instagram Stories (@hachisales). You can find them under the “2021.04 GO” Highlights. 😉
  • Good news: I have now photographed all the spare items and will put them in the Buy Now section soon. (80% KNY goods, 20% mix of others) If you wish to add anything to your existing order, you can place a second order and I’ll combine them into one package for you.
  • Bad news: After finished packing everything, I noticed there are 2 items missing. 😫 1 Nezuko & 1 Bokuto. 😔😔😔😔😔😔 I will contact the affected participants by email shortly to discuss options.

  • THE GOODS ARE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They arrived today!! (Things always move fast once the package gets on the plane!!)
  • Some items are not included in the pics above because I already had them in stock in Buy Now. I’ve took those off the Shop and put them aside for you. 👌

What next?

  1. I’ll be start packing existing orders on Thurs/Fri.
  2. Once it’s clear what leftover goods are available, I’ll let you guys knows. (It will be mostly KNY goods, plus some HQ and JJK 🤔) If you wish to add more things to your existing order, there will be a chance to do so.
  3. If your shipping address has or need to change, please let me know asap. 
  4. The aim is to ship your packages out around the middle of next week. ☺

  • The UK courier FINALLY updated their tracking! Shows that the package is travelling to my local depot so it might be delivered tomorrow (Wednesday). FINGERSCROSSED. 🤗

  • Finally some news!!! The HK tracking site shows the package has arrived in the UK!!!! Hallelujah! 😭😭😭😭😭🙏🙏🙏
  • The arrival status is not yet showing on the UK courier tracking, but hopefully it’s just inbetween courier companies at the moment. (Plus Monday 30 May is public holiday here in UK) Will keep a keen eye on it the next few days!!!! 👁👄👁

  • I went back to the Hong Kong post office tracking, and there’s an update!
  • So despite the “left for destination / in transit” status since the 12 May, the package never left HK these past 2 weeks?! 😧 Let’s hope it is leaving for real this time. 😡🥵
  • Funnily enough, the EMS package from Japan has already landed in UK today and will probably be delivered this week. The hell with this delay from HK then???? 😡

  • Another week has passed, but still no change. :/ When it gets to the UK, it will be delivered by DPD, but no news on their tracking page & status remains as “in transit”. SIGH.
  • I have a different package coming from Japan by EMS, shipped yesterday. That would be a useful comparison huh? See which package gets here first.

  • Nothing new yet. Checking on the UK side, parcel has been “in transit” since 12 May. Sitting in the airport depot waiting its turn to get on a UK freight plane, I guess.

  • Thank you for your patience! The package was finally shipped today!! 🥳
  • If you remember, I mentioned a few months ago that there is no EMS between Hong Kong and UK anymore. It has been replaced by a new courier service, which demands different posting & customs declaration procedure. Took us a few days to wrap our heads around it, but it’s posted now!
  • I’ll keep an eye on the tracking this week. Fingers-crossed for a smooth and speedy journey. 🙂

  • Oh wow, they got it sorted quicker than anticipated! The missing items were delivered to my friend today! Hurray!!

  • SO! The final lot of goods have been received over the weekend. But! A few bits are missing AGAIN and they ~should be delivered this week. 😡😡😡
  • We are now in May so this delay is annoying and not ideal. I purposely wrapped everything up by mid April so that things won’t get dragged into the Golden Week holidays in Asia (which is now!). No use getting things done on schedule when the other party keeps messing up eh!! 😡
  • I’m keeping a close eye on the situation. Sorry for running late but it should be resolved this week. Let’s get the goods on a plane to UK by the end of this week!!!!!!!!!! 😫

  • Progress this week hasn’t been as fast as anticipated. 😕 From the tracking, I can see that the last batch of goods have been delivered to the depot but my friend hasn’t been to pick up the package yet. I hope they could pick the goods within the next few days.
  • Once I can get a look at the final items and confirm they are okay, everything is ready to be shipped to the UK. In fact, everything else has already been packed in the box, just need the last bits to go in!! 😂

  • A big haul arrived at my friend’s today! I’d say 80% of the goods have now been delivered, just waiting for the final lot now.
  • I noticed a few incorrect items have been sent though, so will wait for replacement on those. It does happen happen every time so it’s nothing out of the ordinary. When they pack hundreds of items featuring the same characters in slightly different design, the occasional human error is unavoidable. 😩 Can only try to catch the errors via photo checks, to reduce the number of wrong items reaching me!

  • Over the past week, all your goods have been ordered! (Plus some spares, as always!)
  • Everything should be on track to reach my friend by the end of this year or early next week. 😃 By not using a particularly slow supplier anymore, my stress level is significantly reduced this time! A plan could actually go according to plan! 🥺🙏 Once all the deliveries have arrived, things should move swiftly after that.

  • I stayed quiet the last few days, but irl have been busy reserving your items (~400 units 😂).
  • I’ve completed about 60%, and so far only 1 BNHA nitotan has gone out of stock (the situation has been sorted with the Group Order participant 👌). Wish me luck with the rest!

  • The stragglers have been sorted today! Outstanding invoices paid, no-shows cancelled. That’s the April Group Order wrapped! (unless a lot of new goods suddenly show up~ Then we will consider an extra round of order, depending on schedule 👀)
  • I have now begun securing the goods. Hopefully they will get dispatched by early next week, then they’d have plenty of time to reach my friend before the end of April. 🙂

  • It’s midnight here in UK so I have given everyone enough time to finalise their order. The April Group Order is now CLOSED!
  • There are still a few people with outstanding invoices. 😕 Unless you made a prior arrangement with me, if I don’t receive the payment from you by Tuesday morning UK time, your order will be cancelled.
