With the arrival of autumn, it is also time for our last Group Order of the year!

…weird to call it that though, since we have only had ONE other Group Order all year, thanks to the pandemic! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Provisional Timeline
  • 28 October – Group Order opens.
  • 8 November – Group Order closes.
  • w/c 9 November – Finish ordering goods.
  • ~by w/c 23 November – Goods delivered to my friend in Asia.
  • ~by end of November – Goods shipped to me by EMS.
  • Early December – Shipping the goods to you from UK.
  • Early December – Goods shipped to me by EMS.
  • Before end of December – Shipping the goods to you from UK.
  • Late December – Goods shipped to me by EMS.
  • Early January – Shipping the goods to you from UK.

Progress Updates

2020.01.06
  • All packages destined for the US were shipped today!
  • Shipping notifications were sent out, and if you chose tracked airmail, you should have received a second email with the tracking number.
  • International postal service is operating as normal right now, but bearing in mind the impact of covid, I expect international packages to arrive in 2-3 weeks.
  • When you receive your package, please do let me know! 😉 The info helps us assess whether packages to different countries are travelling at normal speed.

  • Today I have posted all packages destined for UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, Singapore. Tomorrow I will ship all the US ones.
  • If your package was shipped today, you should have received a notification email (or multiple emails, if you placed multiple orders. 🥴 Everything is shipped in one package tho!). I’ve sent out the tracking numbers in a separate email.

  • Thank you to everyone who promptly submitted their orders for leftover goods these last 3 days. 🙂 Most orders are finalised, just waiting for the last few invoices to be paid.
  • All Group Orders + PAID Buy Now orders will be mailed this week. I plan to do it Tuesday or Wednesday.

  • All spare goods from the Group Order have been added to the Shop.
  • If you’d like to add something to your existing order, please submit another order by Sunday 3 January 2021. I’ll combine your orders and ship them as one package.
  • I’ll be shipping all Group Order & Buy Now packages w/c 4 January. 
  • I have also contacted the 4 people affected by problematic goods and all are resolved now. 🙂 Sorry again for the unexpected trouble!

  • Took a bunch of pics of the HQ/ KNY/ BNHA leftover goods today! Will start adding them to the Shop tomorrow!
  • If you’re wondering why I am not rushing to mail your packages yet. Well, the UK international postal service was temporarily paused right before the Christmas holidays due to covid & French border closure, then it was the X’mas holidays, and now the New Year holidays are coming up. Rather than rushing to add your packages to the backlog, I think it’s better to mail them w/c 4 January. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

  • I have now finished packing your orders! Next, I’ll sort through the leftover goods!
  • There are tons of extra goods this time, because lots of things came into stock after the Group Order closed. I’ll add them to the Shop soon, so you can have a look and see if you want to add anything to your existing package. 🙂
  • FYI there are 5 problematic items this time (from TW, HQ, BNHA). The suppliers sent either wrong or damaged items. :/ I’ll be in touch with those of you affected soon. You can decide if you want a refund on the item or exchange or something else from the available goods. Sorry to be a bummer… (.__.)

  • Always exciting to get EVERYTHING laid out like this! 8D As you can see, Haikyuu goods occupy a big portion of the Group Order this time thanks to the anime revival!
  • You can find a few pics & videos of the new haul via instagram stories. I’ll try to get more pics tomorrow when there is natural light. (Too few daylight hours in winter oof)
  • Over the coming days, I’ll start packing orders & identify leftover goods. If you wish to add anything to your existing order, you can do that then.
  • Plan is to mail your packages out after the Christmas holidays. 🙂
  • PS. If you ordered fan merch or Buy Now items, I haven’t include them in this pic but rest assure I do have them!

  • Woah, typical isn’t it? Right after I posted about the delay, the goods have finally reached the UK!!!!!!! (My long awaited roses order have also reached UK today lol)
  • We still have 2 more business days before the Christmas holidays kick off, so let’s hope SOON! 🙂

  • A full week has passed since my friend EMS-ed the goods. I’m sure you are very eager for news.
  • Still no change to the parcelforce tracking page. HOWEVER! When I tracked it on the Hong Kong Post Office site, there is an update!
  • So it’s been sitting in the HK airport for a week. :/ Only got on the plane to UK on yesterday (7 days later!). ://///// EMS basically is SAL now, huh?
  • Don’t know if you’ve heard on your local news, but Christmas is effectively cancelled in southern England. I’ll be at home for full holiday period so whenever the parcel turns up, I’ll be here to prep your packages for mailing.

  • As we learned from the summer Group Order, EMS means nothing in this covid world. (Even though they still charge the same prices!!)

  • Good news! The goods were shipped by EMS today and are on their way to the UK. 😀
  • When the goods get here, I’ll pack your orders straight away. Then show what leftover goods are available asap so you could add things to your order if you wish. Aim is to get packages shipped asap before the holidays arrive!

  • My friend has picked up the last batch of goods today! Everything’s ready and they will be EMS-ing them this week!

  • At this rate, I imagine my friend will pick up the deliveries next week, and then HOPEFULLY they can EMS them to me by the end of next week. C’mon, c’mon, let’s get this DONE!!!!!!

  • After repeated promises, they still have NOT dispatched that last bit of goods. :/
  • Sick of waiting, and we are already into December, so I’ll tell my friend to prep for EMS next week. Need to get the goods over here to the UK!

  • The original plan was to EMS everything to the UK by the end of November, but as some goods are not yet dispatched by the supplier, the EMS will be pushed to early December.
  • The main cause of this delay is the Ichiban Kuji HQ Quest / Movie sets. A number of you ordered from these old sets and we are basically taking the last of ALL the stock. The supplier claims to have sufficient units, but they are taking freakin’ ages to dispatch! (Mind you, they did dispatch 1 lot early on in Nov. This is the 2 lot ordered after the Group Order closed.)
  • Because of this delay on the Asia side, I have adjusted the estimated shipping time from UK to end of December. At this point, it is unlikely you could receive them before Christmas unless you’re from UK or Europe. Sorry. D:

  • Dropping in to give you a mini update, because I’m sure you are anxious for news!
  • I chased the supplier a few days ago asking if they will dispatch this week. They explained that the delay is due to them trying to locate several items. :/ I’ll ask them again this weekend to gouge how much longer they need and make a decision about waiting or not.
  • OT: I must say, you guys are really awesome, since no one sent any “what’s up???” message yet. O_O;; I placed a huge order for roses back in Sep which was intended for Nov delivery. No news, no ETA, just gotta have faith and everyday I want to email them asking “so… what’s up??” lol.
  • Oh, and HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!! 😀

  • Another batch of goods picked up today! 😀 Most goods are safely at my friend’s place now. There should be another batch early next week, then that would be 99% of the goods received.
  • Just waiting on one last supplier to dispatch before we could wrap it up tho. :/ I really don’t fancy dealing with them because they generally dispatch only once a month. Their service is slow as hell, but they stock some older designs not available anywhere else, so that’s why… I’ll do a shop clear up and eliminate their goods, don’t want to wait on them again in 2021…

  • The two ~known slow suppliers continues to be slow. Keeping an eye on when they will dispatch…
  • Oh btw, 2 more BNHA nitotan sets came into stock after the Group Order closed. In addition to the Hero Fes set, I have picked up a few units from these 2 sets. These will all be added to Buy Now in Dec when the goods get here.
  • Speaking of the Shop, it is now in browse-only mode. Checkout has been paused to stop late comers submitting orders. It will be re-opened in December when the new goods arrive. 🙂

  • Did a lot of ordering last night, will finish up tonight!
  • Most of it went smoothly, but Kyo from the Fruits Basket Gashapon set went out of stock last minute… (I’ve notified the affected individuals.) Things like this can happen, unfortunately! D: But I’ll always get in touch with you guys to reach an agreement, whether you want a replacement or refund.
  • As the goods arrive at my friend’s, I’ll get some pics off them to look the goods over, make sure things are ok and they haven’t sent incorrect items etc (or be sneaky and substituted out of stock items without telling me first! ( ･`ω･´)).

  • The Group Order will be coming to an end today (Sunday 8 Nov)!
  • The countdown clock will stop at UK midnight, but many of you are in later time zones so you’re still welcome to submit orders.
  • When I get up tomorrow (UK Monday 9 Nov), I’ll deal with whatever orders arrived during the night. All late orders MUST be confirmed / invoiced / paid for tomorrow, THEN we can officially close the Group Order!

  • Wheeeee, several Haikyuu & Demon Slayer nitotan sets came into stock last minute!!! Super exciting! 8D
  • If you’d like to add something to your existing order, please submit a new order. I’ll invoice you for the additional items & combine your orders to ship together.
  • Additional Order PSA: The cart requires minimum £9 to check out. If you wish to add a single item only, please email or message me on social media. I can add it to your existing order offline.
  • Another update: most of the goods ordered last weekend have been delivered to my friend’s. I’ll get them to send me some pics to check whether anything’s missing etc. (That does happen, unfortunately. :/)

  • Hope you all had a safe Halloween!!
  • Ordered a bunch of goods today, will order some more tomorrow night! 🙂 This is mainly to secure the low stock items, but while I’m at it, might as well get some ordering done rather than leaving too much to do at the end of the Group Order.
  • You might have heard on the news that England will be entering a national lockdown from Thurs 5 Nov to Wed 2 Dec. Don’t worry, this doesn’t affect our Group Order at all.
  • I’ll be doing the organising and ordering from home as per usual. All the goods dispatch/pickup will happen in areas of Asia where covid currently has very low impact and everything is open. International EMS is unaffected as well.

  • Many invoices sent today! If you emailed me back to accept your order total, I have since sent you a paypal money request.
  • UNLESS you have a near sold out item in your order or asked to be invoiced later. You will be invoiced AFTER I have (or fail to! :X) secured your low stock item. (We already discussed via email so you guys know if you’re in this group!)
