About this Group Order

Some of you were excited about the recent new goods, which include rubber straps from Kimetsu no Yaiba and Bungo Stray Dogs!

Since some designs are limited in stock (Chuuya in this es series nino rubber straps set in particular!!), it might be risky to wait until the next Group Order scheduled for February/March 2020… I’ve to ship some things from Asia anyway at the end of this year, so might as well pick up some goods at the same time!

Let’s squeeze in a quick mini Group Order before the year ends!

Provisional Timeline
  • 5 December – Group Order opens.
  • 14 December – Group Order closes. Finish ordering goods.
  • w/c 16 December – Goods to be delivered to my friend in Asia.
  • End of December / early January – Goods to be mailed to me in UK.
  • Mid January – Shipping the goods to you from UK.
Reserving goods for Spring 2020

Many of you already got hefty hauls in the September Group Order. If there aren’t enough new stuffs to warrant a new package yet, but you’d like to reserve things from the new KNY and BSD sets, I can hold them for you until the Spring 2020 Group Order (tentatively scheduled for February/March 2020).

Please submit an order as normal, AND add a message saying “ship these next time”.

If you add more items in Spring 2020, I’ll combine the orders and ship them together.

What if more new goods come out in December?

As always, if more goods come into stock during a Group Order, I’ll add them to the shop & alert you guys on social media. If you choose to add anything extra to your order, I can amend that for you. We are flexible here!

Progress Updates

2019.01.10 – All Packages Shipped!

  • All packages were shipped from UK today! 😀 Each of you should have received an email shipping notice.
  • If you chose tracked airmail, I’ve contacted you separately with the tracking number.
  • Expected arrival time:
    – UK participants = Saturday or Monday
    – Europe participants = 1-2 weeks
    – US / Canada / Asia / Australia = usually 2 weeks, but depending on your local service it could take up to 3 weeks

  • The goods have arrived!
  • If you ordered things from the Buy Now section, or things which I have in-stock, they are not pictured here with these new arrivals.
  • Not pictured are also some additional goods. (Did you know BSD has a sugar pochette set?? :O) I’ll take pics of the spare goods next week. If you’re interested in adding items to your existing order, let me know then.
  • Current aim is to mail your packages out by end of next week. 🙂

  • Oooh they have gone and mailed it today! Hurray!!! 😀 Now we gotta sit tight and weight for it to arrive after the New Year holidays!

  • My friend has packed the goods and will aim to ship them by EMS after the new year. Not much longer to wait! 😀

  • The remaining goods (including the non Group Order things) have all been delivered. 😀 Once my friend can pick them up, they can prepare to ship things over to me.

  • My friend has picked up all the deliveries!
  • I’ve also ordered a few additional Rengoku straps, since when I checked last night, they were nearly sold out lol. If you’d like to add one to your existing order, please let me know.
  • My non Group Order things still haven’t all dispatched tho. :/ Waiting till after X’mas….
2019.12.20
  • 90% of the goods have already been delivered to my friend’s place. They should go pick up the goods by early next week.
  • I’ve some other non Group Order things waiting for dispatched by the end of December. When those are delivered, we would be ready to send everything to UK by EMS.
  • In addition, Rengoku from the KNY Chara Brancho set is finally available. Some of you are interested so I might pick up a few units later this month. Will see if anything else pops up first~!

  • I have ordered everyone’s goods!
  • The more efficient suppliers have already been dispatched today yaaaaay! My friend should get these by the end of the week. The rest will be delivered before the end of December.
  • Will update again when all the goods have arrived. 😀
2019.12.15 – Group Order Closed!
  • It’s midnight over here in UK so I have now closed the Group Order!
  • A few of you from the US timezone who ordered late still need to reply/pay your invoice. I’ll wait until Sunday noon UK time. If I don’t hear back from you or see your payment, I’ll have to take you off this Group Order. Other participants have ordered low stock goods, and I need to secure those for them asap.
  • My plan is to order everything on Sunday night. 🙂

The Group Order deadline is approaching, so I’d like to remind you that:

  • If you haven’t replied to my email or paid your invoice by the end of today, your order will be cancelled.
  • If you submitted an order but haven’t heard anything from me, please try to get a hold of me on social media and I’ll sort you out. (Although I don’t think anyone got caught in the spam filter this time!)
