2019.01 Group Order [COMPLETED]

About this Group Order

We just shipped our last Group Order in December 2018, so hosting another one in January is earlier than I’d like. However, the Spring 2019 calendar is against us! D:

  • February – Chinese New Year starts super early this year on 5 Feb. No business in Asia will run during the long public holidays, and my friends won’t have time to pick up deliveries/post things to me.
  • March – Brexit time! After UK leaves the European Union on 29 March, everything could go to hell. D’: Severe disruptions are expected for import/export, thus I won’t host any more Group Orders until things calm down.

Due to all the expected & potential disruptions up to May 2019, January is the last good opportunity to run a Group Order before brexit. :/

Provisional Schedule

  • Order goods from suppliers in mid January
  • Suppliers ship goods to my contact in Asia by end of January
  • My contact ships the goods to me in early February
  • I’ll ship goods to you in mid/late February

  • All delayed packages have been shipped out today! They will be with you in 1-2 weeks’ time. Thanks again for your patience!!!

  • The goods have been delivered! Will invoice everyone for any outstanding fees later today. 🙂

  • The final batch of goods are on their way to the UK! 😀 They should be here on Monday (if parcel doesn’t mess around!).

  • The late goods have all been picked up! They will be dispatched to UK this week (probably Wed 6th).

  • After some chasing, the delayed straps have finally been dispatched! All items should be with my friend next week, and then they can be on their way to UK. 🙂

Update on pending items:

  • BNHA Halloween acrylic stands: These have been delivered to my friend’s today.
  • Delayed HQ & P5 straps: These two items are still awaiting dispatch. This supplier is the SLOWEST thus I’m not surprised by the pace. Unfortunately, sometimes certain items are exclusive to them!

Once the late straps get delivered, I will EMS everything over to UK.  Thank you again for your patience!

  • Yesterday (19 Feb) was the last of the CNY holidays. As of today, the BNHA Halloween stands & P5/HQ delayed straps are still awaiting dispatch. I’ll keep an eye on them!

All packages were shipped today!

  • UK participants: They should arrive tomorrow.
  • Europe / US / Rest of the World participants: They should arrive in around 2 weeks. If you haven’t received it by early March, please let me know.
  • Participants waiting for replacement items / BNHA acrylic stands: Current aim is shipping to you in early March, but I’ll have better estimate when the suppliers dispatch the goods later this month.

  • EDIT: Some of the items I already have in stock (were listed for sale in Buy Now), that’s why they are not part of the new goods that just arrived. 🙂

  • The goods have been shipped out by EMS today, and should arrive in the UK next week. 🙂

  • My friend has picked up all the goods and will aim to ship them by EMS tomorrow. I should receive the goods in the first week of February. 🙂
  • After checking the goods, they have 2 things to report though:

  • Contrary to initial belief, this Bungo Stray Dogs Halloween set does not come with bases. As they are now acrylic keychains rather than stands, they will be reduced from £6 to £4 each. Refund of the price difference will be issued to those of you who ordered. (I’ll contact you guys directly by email.)

  • The supplier has ran out of this Kageyama nitotan, and can only ship him after the Chinese New Year holidays (mid Feb). I plan on packing him with the BNHA Halloween acyrlic stands, and have them shipped to the UK together at the end of February. That means if you ordered him, unfortunately you will have to wait a bit longer for package dispatch. D:
  • EDIT: I’ve now emailed those of you affected. Please respond, and I’ll issue your paypal refund. Thanks!

  • According to the tracking, all the goods have been delivered to my friend’s place. 🙂
  • When they go there again next week, they will pick up the items and can prepare for shipping to UK.

  • The additional BNHA goods were ordered today. That’s it!!! Wrapped for real this time!! :’D
  • Will let you know once all the goods have been delivered to my friend’s.

  • 90% of the goods were dispatched today. (Everyone working super fast before they shut for CNY holidays!)
  • The remaining supplier said they will dispatch by 23 Jan, therefore we should be on schedule to have everything delivered to my friend’s this month.
  • ATTENTION! 3 new BNHA and Love Live Sunshine sets got in stock today. If you’d like to add them to your order, please let me know asap! I’ll do a final order tomorrow/22 Jan, to make the final shipping date of 23 Jan.

  • The Group Order is now CLOSED! Items have been reserved with the suppliers and we will now wait for dispatch. I expect they will be delivered to my friend in Asia next week.
  • Those of you I have not yet invoiced, I’ll do that tonight. 🙂
  • If you added extra items after paying your original invoice, I’ll send another one tonight to cover the additional cost.

  • It’s getting late here in UK, but over in the US timezone it’s still Saturday and some of are finalising your order. Don’t worry, if you order tonight and I don’t reply, you can still be included in the Group Order. I will get back to you tomorrow (Sunday 20th Jan).
  • Whatever emails I see on Sunday morning will be the final orders. 🙂

The items available to order are listed in the Catalogue.

Shipping begins at a flat rate for up to 8 standard size rubber straps/keychains. If your order contains bigger items like acrylic stands, I’ll invoice you for shipping AFTER the goods are here/I’ve weighted the package.

How to Join

To join this Group Order, please submit your order to me before the deadline.

Please include the following information when ordering:

  1. Total number of items in your order (e.g. 6 items)
  2. Series name and Item number(s)/name(s) (e.g. HQ A1 / BNHA G3 / CCS postcard set)
  3. Your paypal email
  4. Your country
  5. Shipping method – whether you want standard or tracked airmail

Payment

After receiving your order, I’ll confirm your total cost (items + shipping + paypal fees) and send you a paypal invoice.

Please pay before the deadline.

If you need extra time before you could make the payment, please discuss with me to arrange. Otherwise your order will be cancelled automatically.
