About this Group Order

Oh wow! We are almost at the end of 2018! This is our last Group Order of the year, and it’ll be a straight forward one. 🙂

Provisional Timeline

  • Order goods from suppliers when the Group Order closes (& then go on holiday to Prague woooh!)
  • Suppliers ship goods to my contact in Asia in mid November
  • My contact ships the goods to me in the UK by the end of November
  • I’ll ship goods to you in early December

Currently, I can’t guarantee delivery to you by Christmas. ╮ (. ❛ ᴗ ❛.) ╭ The target is delivery by end of the year.

Catalogue

The Catalogue has been updated extensively, and a Fan Merch section has been added. Those of you who want the BNHA Eri stand or Houseki no Kuni postcards, they are now listed in there! Any items that are low stocked will be first come first served, so please don’t wait until the verrrrry last day to order!

Next week, I’ll update the Bungou Stray Dogs section. Sorry about the delay! I couldn’t do all updates in time and I must open the Group Order NOW to make the schedule. D: It’s updated!

2018.12.18

The replacement Yagen has arrived, and the final delayed package was mailed out today. 🙂

2018.12.10
  • Shipping Part 2 – The remaining packages heading for the US were posted today! Hopefully most of you could get your items before Christmas! <3
  • When your package arrives, please remember to let me know! :DD And if you’re happy with this Group Order experience, it’d be great if you could leave a review or share a pic on social media!
  • Replacement Yagen – my friend has mailed him out today. When I get him later this month, I’ll post the final package.
2018.12.07

  • Shipping Part 1 – All packages heading for the UK, EU, non US international, plus some to the US were posted today.  I have notified each of you directly via tumblr message or email. 🙂
  • The remaining US packages (i.e. those with orange labels) will be posted on Monday.
  • My friend will ship the missing Yagen on Monday by airmail.

  • The replacement Yagen nitotan has been delivered to my friend, and they will ship it to me soon.

  • I have now packed up everyone’s order! 😀 They will be shipped later this week.
  • I’ll use the address you confirmed at the time of payment. If you wish to use a different shipping address, please let me know asap.

  • Unfortunately, one package will have to be delayed, because the supplier sent a wrong item. They sent a nitotan Namazuo instead of Yagen. D: A replacement will come later this month. I’ve notified the affected participant directly.

  • Spare items from this GO are listed here. If you’d like to add anything to your existing order, please let me know asap (before I seal up your package for shipping!). Leftovers will be added to Buy Now for general sales in the future.

  • I’ll begin packing everyone’s order, with the aim to mail them out next week. If your shipping address has changed / you want to use a different address, please let me know.
  • After I’ve packed everything, I’ll make a post about the spare items (next week?). If you wish to add anything to your existing order, you’re welcome to. Please let me know before I seal your package for shipping.

  • My friend has shipped the goods out by EMS today. The package should reach me in a few days. 🙂

  • All the goods have been delivered to my friend. 😀 They will prepare to ship the goods to me later this week.

  • Managed to get the missing CCS strap! Which means everything is now ordered!
  • When the last remaining items reach my friend, they will prep for shipping to UK. 🙂

  • I’m back from my holiday!! Had a great time in Prague! Fantastic weather and few tourists until the weekend so I got to see many famous sights in peace. :’)
  • During this past week, most of the goods have already been delivered to my friend’s. There is one last batch that should arrive by Tuesday 20th.
  • Current estimate for dispatch to UK is still end of Nov, because I’m still hoping to pick up the missing CCS strap. Will see how that goes this week!

  • I’ve put your orders through to the suppliers over the weekend. 🙂 Other than 1 CCS strap (which I’ve notified the participant directly), all other items have been secured.
  • I estimate all the items will be delivered to my friend by the end of this week, therefore they are on schedule to get to me by the end of this month.
  • FYI I’ll be out of the country over the next few days so I might not reply as quickly. I’ll let you know what I’m up to in Prague via instagram stories @hachisales!! (งツ)ว

Joining the Group Order

If you’re a new customer, please read my FAQ first.

The items available to order are listed in the Catalogue.

Shipping begins at a flat rate for up to 8 standard size rubber straps. If your order contains bigger items like acrylic stands, I’ll invoice you for shipping AFTER the goods are here/I’ve weighted the package.

How to Join

To join this Group Order, please submit your order to me before the deadline.

Please include the following information when ordering:

  1. Total number of items in your order (e.g. 6 items)
  2. Series name and Item number(s)/name(s) (e.g. HQ A1 / Tourabu B3 / BNHA G3 / CCS postcard set)
  3. Your paypal email
  4. Your country
  5. Shipping method – whether you want standard or tracked airmail

Payment

After receiving your order, I’ll confirm your total cost (items + shipping + paypal fees) and send you a paypal invoice.

Please pay before the deadline.

Your order will be cancelled automatically unless alternative arrangement has been agreed.
