What is a HachiSales Group Order?
Here at HachiSales we basically offer a proxy shopping service. 🤗
You choose the goods you want, and we will acquire them for you.
Nevertheless, to make the process as cost-effective as possible, we invite everyone to submit their order at the same time (i.e. a Group Order).
By shopping as a group, we can purchase and ship everything at the same time, which brings the average cost per person down. 😉👍🏻

£5.00How to Join a Group Order
We operate several Group Orders a year. When a Group Order is open, it will be announced on the homepage, Group Order Status page, and on social media.
If you’re a new customer, please read the FAQ before ordering. The goods we help you acquire will be factory extras.
- When a Group Order is open, you can order anything from our Shop.
- On the basket page, choose the shipping method you want, then proceed to checkout. No payment is required at this stage.
- After submitting your order, you will receive an auto summary email.
- After we’ve checked that everything you want are in-stock, we’ll email you confirming the total cost of your order (items + shipping + paypal fees).
- If you’re happy to proceed with the order, PLEASE REPLY to the email.
- A paypal invoice will then be issued to you. (If you do not have a paypal account, the invoice will be sent to your main email. You can pay with card as a guest, without logging into paypal.)
- Please pay before the Group Order deadline, otherwise your order will be cancelled.
- After payment is received, we will proceed to secure your items.
Group Order Timeline
Stage 01: GROUP ORDER OPENS
1. Browse the Full Shop
You can order anything from the shop (Combining Group Order Items & Buy Now Items is fine)
2. Submit Your Order
The earlier you order, the more likely all your preferred items will be in-stock.
3. Payment Request
I’ll email to confirm your total. Shipping cost + paypal fees will be added on top of your goods total. If you’re happy with the total, a paypal invoice will be issued to you.
4. Payment Received
Once payment is received, I’ll proceed to secure the items you want.
5. Begin Securing the Goods
As orders come in, I will begin acquiring goods in batches. Rather than placing one giant order at the end of the Group Order period, I will do multiple small orders to avoid popular items running out of stock.
Stage 02: GROUP ORDER CLOSES
1. Secure the Remaining Goods
After the Group Order deadline, final orders will be submitted to the suppliers.
2. Suppliers Dispatch Goods
It usually takes 1-2 weeks for all the goods to be delivered to my Asian contact.
3. Sending the Goods to UK
After all the goods are received, they will be mailed to the UK by EMS.
If I’m travelling in Asia during a Group Order, I’ll bring the goods back myself at the end of my trip.
Stage 03: GOODS RECEIVED BY ME
1. Spare goods for Sale
If I picked up any extra items during the Group Order, I’ll show them to you guys. If interested, you can add them to your order.
Whatever leftovers remain, they will be added to the Shop as Buy Now Items.
2. Prepare for Shipping
I’ll pack everyone’s order and prepare to ship them.
3. Packages Shipped
Once the packages are shipped, you will be notified by email.
Stage 04: GOODS RECEIVED BY YOU
1. Confirm Delivery
After your package has safely arrived, please let me know! Otherwise I’ll keep worrying about you!
