About this Group Order

I’m flying out on 7 May to Asia/Australia for 2 months, so I’ll be your personal courier this time! :’D Bringing back the goods when I come back at the start of July.

Old customers who have ~accompanied me on my trips (3 times in 2017 eh, no wonder I’m poor this year) would understand this means I could place multiple orders during my stay in Asia. If new goods become available in May/June, I will let you guys know and do another round of orders if necessary.

*For clarification purpose, each time I accept orders during May/June will be called Round 1, 2, 3 etc. Each round will have their own start/end dates.

  • All packages destined for the UK, Europe, Canada, Mexico, plus a few US ones were posted today. If your packages was posted, I have since notified you directly by email or tumblr message.

2018.07.12
  • UK, Europe, Canada, Mexico – Your packages will be shipped tomorrow.
  • US – Some of your packages will be shipped tomorrow, but most will be shipped on Monday. The reason is that non European packages need custom forms, and I’ve ran out, so I’ll need to get more from the Post Office tomorrow. (งツ)ว
  • After I’ve shipped your package, I’ll contact you to let you know.

  • There are unfortunately several missing/damaged items in this batch, and I’ve emailed those of you involved directly. D: Please respond to choose a replacement item.
  • All the spare items are now posted on tumblr – Part 1 (BNHA), Part 2 (All other series). If you’d like to add anything to your order, please let me know asap. I’ll begin sealing the packages and prepare for shipping by Friday 13th July.
  • If your shipping address has changed, please notify me. Otherwise I’ll use the address you confirmed back when you placed the order. 🙂

I’m back in the UK! 😀 After such a long trip there is a lot of unpacking to do (around 120kg of luggage lol), so I’ll deal with the goods next week once I’ve freed up some space in the living room.

All goods from Round 2 have been received! I’m flying back to UK in the first week of July, therefore not much longer to wait! :)))

2018.06.20
  • Round 2 of the Group Order is now finished.
  • If you paid, then your order is confirmed and I have now ordered the items you want. (If you made alternative arrangement with me, then I have ordered your items also).
  • The goods will be delivered by the end of the month, then I’ll bring them back to the UK on 4th July. Not long to wait now!!! 😀 (Already the goods from May into trusty Ikea ziplock bag for the journey haha)

  • I’ve added several new sets to the Catalogue over the past week. Do take a look! 🙂
  • Round 2 of the Group Order is now OPEN (although some of you have already been contacting me haha). New customers = You’re welcome to send me your order. / Existing participants: You’re welcome to add items to your order.
  • Please order and pay by Monday 18 June. If any problem with the deadline, you can discuss with me directly.
  • FYI I’m going to China first thing tomorrow morning (Fri 8th June), and will be back on Saturday night. I probably won’t have internet while I’m away so don’t worry if I don’t answer you!

  • I’m back in Hong Kong. 😀 All remaining goods have been delivered whilst I was away.

  • Multiple new rubber strap sets have been released in the past 2 weeks. This include items from BNHA, Touken Ranbu, Idolish7, Cardcaptor Sakura, Love Live Sunshine etc. I’ll need time to prep the info and update the Catalogue, but I would like to open Round 2 of orders in early June.

Most of the goods have been received! 😀 200+ items are here, but I’m waiting for around 20 more. I probably won’t see those until I’m back from Australia at the end of May.

Since a lot of you ordered the new BNHA nitotans, here’s a sneak peak of what they look like irl! :DD As cute as the promo picture, eh?

Unfortunately, this Idolish7 set has gone out of stock after I placed the order. 🙁 If you ordered from this set, you could have a refund for the item or choose a replacement item (when I open next round of orders). I’ll be in touch with you individually later.

  • I’ve ordered all your items!
  • In fact, some have already been shipped or delivered. (งツ)ว When my relatives next go to China for business, they will pickup the goods. I might have half the items to show you by the end of this week.
  • Aaaaand I’m leaving for my trip today. 😀 When I’m away I tend to post on my instagram stories @ hachisales most often so you can find me there!

  • Group Order Round 1 opens – Please submit your order to me. I’ll confirm your total and send a paypal invoice.
2018.05.04
  • Group Order Round 1 ends – If payment is not received by the end of Friday 4 May, your order will be cancelled unless alternative arrangement has been agreed.
  • Before I leave for my trip, I’ll tally up your orders and submit them to my suppliers.
Week 7 May
  • I’ll have stopover in Hong Kong this week. The suppliers probably will dispatch the goods around this time.
  • If enough people couldn’t make the Round 1 deadline, I could do a quick Round 2 order during this week.
  • However, please be aware that when I’m abroad, I’ll be out everyday and unable to answer you as quickly (& don’t have my regular computer!). If you COULD order during Round 1, it’s best to order early.
Week 14 May onwards
  • I’ll be in Australia. During this time, the goods should be delivered and my relatives will pick them up on my behalf.
End of May
  • When I’m back to Hong Kong from Australia, all Round 1 (& Round 2, if we did one) goods should be waiting for me. 😀 Will post pics etc.
June
  • If shiny new goods come out, we could do Round 3. :’)
July
  • Back home in UK! Time to pack & post!

Please check the Catalogue to find out what goods are in-stock. Shipping begins at a flat rate for up to 8 standard size rubber straps.

How to Join

To join this Group Order, please submit your order to me before the deadline.

  • Via the online form – I’ll respond to you by email
  • Via tumblr chat – If you usually contact me over there, it’s fine to continue over there ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)d

Please include the following information when ordering:

  1. Total number of items in your order (e.g. 6 rubber straps)
  2. Series name and Item number(s) (e.g. HQ A1, C6 / Tourabu B3 / BNHA G3 / YOI D2, F5 / LL A6)
  3. Your paypal email
  4. Your country
  5. Shipping method – whether you want standard or tracked airmail
Payment

After receiving your order, I’ll confirm your total cost (items + shipping + paypal fees) and send you a paypal invoice.

Please pay before the deadline. Your order will be cancelled automatically unless alternative arrangement has been agreed.

Stock availability was last checked on 30 April. If an item goes out of stock before the Group Order is placed, I will notify and refund you accordingly. Alternatively, you could replace your choice with another same value item.
